Isn't Turkey an EU candidate country? An extra leverage for the RoC over RoT(ten). :D

If Türkiye had agreed whatever you said or did, we would have remained silent to your massacres of TCs and we wouldn't have the CY prob at all.

no the cyprus problem exists because turkey decided to come and kill us in the thousands and cry the innocent ones

and before 1974, there was no such thing as fucking enosis. get a life.

and before 1974 there was no such thing as takism there was no such thing as the tmt putting bombs on the tc doorstep to start wars..

you get a life you retardo.. you cant start wars and because the people you start wars with dont sit there and take it you cry the innocent ones .. look they sneezed they must be trying to kill us by infection we must kill them and they must sit there and let us!!

 Its amazing 99.99% of Turkish Cypriots escaped all these massacres and genocides you talk about… :?

Will you please SIT STILL so I can cut your throat of???

Yes it is amazing isn't it? Long live Türkiye and our army. We saved 99.99% of TC brothers. I wish Bosniaks had big brothers as well .

You can't dare touching the Turks south cypriot. Not even our flag  So forget about my throat.

how pathetic is that.. turkey is over 10 times the size of cyprus try fight someone your own size instead of going after a fly with the bazooka and thinking the turks are humans.

yet even with your large army we still went after your flag we dont back down and cower like you do.. even with such a large army and how brave you turks are supposed to be you pretend to be scared and need 40k army when there is millions of you turks just 75km north of cyprus..

so who is the ones who dont dare? the turks who are still scared even with millions of army men or the Cypritos who actually stand up to you people and don't care about the army men?

What use is your army these days? We've blown up the economy of the north and the dumb Turkish soldiers couldn't stop us. We are an invisible army using the courts and highly-trained lawyers. You can't see us but we're there. So watch your back...

I believe that RoC banks do accept title to land owned in the north as collateral.

When I lived in Limassol, my neighbours' daughter used hers to secure a loan from her bank.

NICOSIA -The lawyer of Greek Cypriot refugee Meletis Apostolides, Constantis Cantounas, on Thursday sent a message to all foreign trespassers and illegal developers of Greek Cypriot property in the occupied areas that “the party is over.”

Speaking at a press conference, Kantounas said that the British Court of Appeal’s judgment in the case of Apostolides vs Orams is of great importance since it is final and provides the legal basis on which people in a similar situation can claim what is legally theirs.

“My only message to trespassers and illegal developers in occupied north is that the party is over. I am sorry,” he added.

Kantounas said that the Orams, who illegally bought a plot of land belonging to Apostolides, in occupied Lapithos, and built a holiday home there, have to execute the judgment, by demolishing the holiday home, paying compensation to Apostolides and giving him back his property.

The British couple has to pay ₤300 for every month they have occupied Apostolides’ property (since 2002) plus interest and legal fees.

“What is important here are the legal fees because we talk of an amount perhaps of over 1.5 million pounds,” Kantounas said.

Kantounas announced that the he has already received instructions from the owners of the Dome Hotel in occupied Kyrenia, who object to the use of their property “by whoever it is that is running it and also the trespassing tourists.”

Kantounas said that information has been gathered on 60 tourists who stayed at the Dome Hotel some time in 2009.

Can't believe some of the websites offering property for sale in the TRNC are still stating stuff like this:

http://www.cyprus-properties.com/orams.htm

'There's never been a better time to buy' Really?

No, we wont sell, Orams wont scare people off.

We have bought at an excellent location for very reasonable money and love it.

(And it was not GC owned prior to 1974 so dont start calling me names !)
