how come u missed this part of it ....he is going to enlarge the size of the flag ...... it will light up in red and white ..... with Ataturk hand pointing towards the south......

Well, the real answer will be known during daytime hours. If the flag has not changed, then its only a problem with the lights, and not a change in the look of the mountain...
