I think the ROC this week should realese all its proposals concerning a federal solution to the cyprus problem.It should include everything ie;land,security,settlers,power sharing,property g/c return.

I have a feeling turkey will release ridiculous proposols again before the jan 25-27 meetings so the g/c can reject again and then go on a PR offensive claiming the g/c dont want a solution.
