Hi again,we have a sattelite dish on our complex that we can have a share of.Can anyone tell me the cost for a basic sky package for news, films and general entertainment.Dont need kids programmes or sports.?We have an old freesat but since the other residents had their sky put in our dish is not getting anything,we think normsat dissconected our dish as we shared with another owners free sat and he now has the sky dish connected.

You can't buy Sky here - you have to get it through the UK somehow. Ideally, if you have a UK address you can get your card registered there...

I used A guy I can recommend to obtain and register my card (cost £50) we then pay our monthly subscription direct to Sky at the standard UK rate.

If you want to watch BBC then it has to be large - ~ 3m in the West and >4m in the East.

I've got a 2.7m dish in Pissouri but the BBC breaks up - consequently we watch it on my Wii instead...

You don't need such a big dish if you only want the Sky channels...

But will the signal be ok? Cause i talked to experts about it and said its not worth it with 2.7. They didnt even want to try and set it up so we can check.
