Perhaps you can use these current polls as "primaries", and then only include in the second series of polls those who got at least one vote in this poll. This way there will be less options, and therefore more dramatic results.
Hmm ... I have thought about it some more, and I ... disagree with myself!
The way to do it, is to have another set of polls, where GCs vote for the more constructive GC, and TCs vote for the most constructive TC. We include exactly the same names as in this poll, and then, when we have the second set of results, we combine the two to see which GC and which TC are most acceptable overall, from a cross-voting perspective.
This may sound like a petty and irrelevant exercise, but in fact it is very important. After all, what we are voting for is not really persons (we don't even know each other's real names) but for negotiating styles and problem-solving mentalities.
It will then be very interesting to see if we can trust the winning GC mentality and the winning TC mentality to form together a team which would lead the re-united Cyprus and work together to solve the country's problems through consensus.
