What if they relinquish the house in Lapithos, do they still loose their assets in the UK?

I kinda feel for the f----s I gotta say......... hope they take the thief who sold it to them to court now, that would be real justice

Even if they demolish the house they built and leave the land vacant, they still have to pay for the use of it for however many years they were there, and pay all the court costs of Mr Apostolides, which are rather large!

So the answer to your question is probably yes!

Thanks for that. I forgot to answer Humanist. They may vacate and/or demolish, but they still owe a lot in rent and expenses.

as long as the thief's have left Cyprus we don't care where they go

or at least purchase the land LEGALLY.

they will be forever in debt because they decided to buy stolen land and thought the trnc would protect them and they would get away with it
