Our Beloved Jerry, our modern day Wat Tyler, making his way by High-Speed Train from the Kentish Wold; Our Equally Beloved Babbou Miltiades, travelling up from the Favellas of South London on a bus pass, with his passport and visa to cross the River; and your Renowned Radical and Gutter Journalist (me), who still pays his/her own way on public transport, are making our ways to the very heart of The Great Wen to witness, and report on, another episode in the saga of Mr Apostolides v The Orams at Mrs Windsor's Court of Appeal.
Once again how fitting that this chapter is staged in this Capital City, formerly of the Previous Impirial Occupying Power, and now, since the Declaration of Independence of The CY Republic of North London in 1960, the Greatest Metropolis of The Republic, and Home of the Real CYs, Real Brits, but Right Blooming Charlies, Keepers of many, many of the Kosher Kochans to the Occupied North, as well as of The Enlightenment Marbles.

We will soon know whether their Sirships have allowed a referal back to the ECJ as reported in the alleged leak of last week or have found for Mr Apostolides and/or will drag this thing on by will allowing the new cross-appeal that our Jerry reported last night.
By the way if the Court finds exclusively for Mr A today, he will have to go to a lower court at some time in the future for Order(s) to carry out enforcements. IF he chooses to so.
