the slimy vampire. I wanna garnishee their pensions. My boss and I left work early and we got plastered. Acikgoz You have been brainwashed by propaganda this is about a human being who is denied to exist- Turkish Cypriots are allowed to claim their property in Paphos if they show they meet some pretty easy criteria. I just want to live in my house and live as a human being. You are the bigot you are the one who supports war crimes and ethnic cleansing. You support thieves! It took napalm, mass graves and bayonets to get us out of our houses!

SKI-preo,

I am flattered that you have sought me out personally. I welcome your attempt to garnishee my pensions, if you can prove that I live in your property, that is. If you want to come to Malatya to see if I am, let me know first, and I'll have a couple of nice Turkish soldiers show you around the TRNC on your way out.
I also just love your "pretty easy criteria" comment. Why don't you come and live in the TRNC for 6 months to back up your claim and then tell us how easy it was.
BTW don't post when you are plastered as it only makes you feel a Dick when you sober up.

Wally, great contribution. Your insight, crying again! What of the crying of all the woes of GCs in every press clipping perpetrated by the GC lobby machine and nothing for the woes of TCs. For a moment take your head out of the sand and realise that innocent people are hurting and that this is a one sided victory. This is nothing to celebrate for those longing for a unified Cyprus.

This will mean legal war, before it is over there will be many GCs and TCs displaced if this is the direction people are looking to take this rather than a comprehensive settlement.

Personally I'm cool with a person's right to get their property back. What I am not cool about is the menace that most adhere to on this site, demand my GC rights but deny the rights of TCs.

It's a human thing, a shame thing, something that if one wishes they can dismantle the hypocritical veil and see the bodies and suffering they too have left behind.

You lament your troubles, and I understand them as we too have been through them, but you give us zero consideration. That is what is wrong, that is what disturbs me, and really if you were true to yourselves it would disturb you too.

Quit farting you uneducated nincompoop! How many times have you got to be directed to the Turkish Cypriot properties Management Service, before it gets through your thick head?

Mr C says this is our 5 mins if fame, but this won't eeffeect negotiations. Refers to Loizidou case.

...The position of the two sides will remain unchanged.

...Property Commision, mr a wants his land back, the individual should have the right to choose, not up to any commission.

... Other Ex-pats effected , 10,000 peple, the legal framework has been set and it is open to others to take the same route to get their prop back

GR - It's like you don't listen. Why cannot I simply say, here are my title deeds, get off my land and pay me restitution. If you want to celebrate and believe that you are fair and just people then give TCs the same rights to their properties as the Court of Appeal has just given.

Stop sending me to a corrupt system that does not allow me access to my property without jumping through hoops and only if it suits them.

Bill just said it, for my rights I effectively have to go to RoC then ECHR. What does this tell you. The GCs don't themselves uphold the laws they sought from the UK Court of Appeals.

That's something to be ashamed about, not celebrating.

All you have to do is reside in the unoccupied area of the Republic for six months while your application is being processed, so what’s your problem?

Any time bubble, any time.
Just remember - getting into the TRNC is easy, it's getting out again that's the tricky bit.
