DOZENS OF tourists who stayed in the Dome Hotel in Kyrenia face being sued for trespass, after the building’s Greek Cypriot owners decided to seek legal redress, Constantis Candounas, lawyer for Melitis Apostolides, said yesterday.
“It’s just been decided that the owners of the Dome Hotel in Kyrenia will be suing tourists that have trespassed on the hotel. It’s a very interesting case,” Candounas told the Cyprus Mail last night.
It brings a new dimension, as it will affect a completely different industry in the north,” he said, referring to this week’s landmark victory in the Orams’ case, which is expected to seriously destabilise the illicit market for Greek Cypriot properties in the north. Candounas’ latest brief is likely to deal a heavy blow to the north’s tourism industry, as it targets individual tourists who spent their holidays in the Greek Cypriot-owned Dome Hotel in Kyrenia, which now hosts a casino.

Now there’s a turn for the books. Of course orams case was about one man and his house, how silly of me not to recognise it. Of course this is also about one man's property and non-political which is not an attack on the TRNC tourism industry. I wonder how long it will take the eu to realise what bastards they have allowed in their midst
Pull the other one the middle one has bells on it old boys, what?

Y-Fronts, the return of occupied territory to the rightful owners and the existence of the “TRNC” are mutually exclusive! That is, they CANNOT exist/happen simultaneously!

For the rightful owners to attain their properties, the “TRNC” MUST be dismantled.

Now, whether the “TRNC” is dismantled on a house by house basis via international courts, or by a brave single military operation, or by a voluntary Turkish withdrawal for an incentive, can only affect TIME because their AIM is exactly the same!

Isn't that the policy of all or nothing that has been practiced in the southern lands for decades which came to nothing? It will come to fruition at least double the amount in the next few decades. So considering that the total value of the last few decades has been like a big fat greek wedding (O), double it and what do you get a bigger fatter O.

By extension, we can safely conclude that when the time comes, the Settlers brought in by Turkey will be given the same treatment (justice) and they will find that whether they have "bought", "built" or squatted in any part of the (whole) RoC then they will be forced to cease their trespass. You can't assume "rights" to stay on someone else's land.

Careful,Cyp1981...You might give the game away very early
Do not think we are very gullible on this Forum...We take nobody on face value...You have to work hard to prove you are who/what you say you are...Now tell us what you learnt in your school books about the Cyprus problem??? Or I will conclude you are a reincarnation of someone or other from this forum...

first of all, i didnt think anyone is gullible on this form and i dont think i said anything to upset anyone, not Gc's or Tc's... What i was saying we should act like "one" to solve this problem... And when i was talking about being brain washed at school i wasnt talking about Tc's only, iwas talking about whole generation. (after 74)
Plus i have been reading this forum for a while and it was you 'birkibrisli' yesterday who excited me with your positive and hopeful comments.. you were my reason to write something...
Also i didnt understand the game you talking about?
And what can i do to make you beleive i'm genuine 28 years old Turkish Cypriot...
As i said im not on anyones side.. im on 'peaceful cyprus' side...

You must forgive old BirKibrisli. When he realises someone has exposed his true agenda, he resorts to defending himself with only playing "devil's advocate" ...

He is a shrewd guardian of the old order of continuing to punish the young generation with his father's (TMT) "fears"

Welcome to the forum, you don't have to prove anything to anybody. But you will be attacked by one side or another what ever you do so just hit back in equal measure. It will be interesting to see your take on the events of the past or present. Speak your mind and don’t worry about the bastards or the bastardesses on the forum.
Enjoy the show.

Mind your language, sir. I don't think you understand that we are good European citizens. No-one believes in the European project as much as we do. We use the European courts to uphold the law throughout European territory and that includes occupied northern Cyprus. If there is law-breaking going on in the north then we will put it right.

The biggest criminals are the Turkish army and its supporters in the north. We will use all legal means to bring them to heel and force them to leave. We may not have the troops and tanks but we have the law on our side and we will damn well use it. In the meantime, put on your seat-belt it's going to be a hell of a ride...

.... and how long will these legal cases take? 1 million or 2 million years?
