Apostolides v Orams Judgment Day ?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

On a more practical level, watch as the values of genuine TC titles shoot up in value and the stolen lands fall straight downward. Serves them right, the thieves!

Anybody wants to buy a house in the north?

Ha ha very funny Yfronts. Try posting this on Cyprus44 forum and see how well it goes down.

Jerry was in the midst of a gang of journos interviewing Mr Candounas and has brought back exciting breaking news ...

Mr C had been approached by the Owners of The Dome Hotel, Kyrenia and consideration is bring given to taking legal action against the tourists who use the hotel.

Jerry adds .. Most of the journos outsde the court represented mainland Turkish media.

This just gets better and better! Thanks chaps you have made us so happy today. Perhaps legal recourse could be extended to UK agents selling north Cyprus properties. What about london Transport, anyone going to tell them about advertising north Cyprus properties, because that would be a good place to start suing a?

Cyprus 44 won't let me post anything. Maybe they think the name Nikitas is a chauvinist reference to Nikitas the Turk Eater, hero of the 1821 revolution, and they are being proactive! What a bunch of wankers!

I am now waiting for Apostolides to really rub egg in the Orams faces (he will need a lot of eggs by the way) and show them that he is not a vindictive man.

Easy up there fellas.

You are in the midst of your celebrations, yet there are thousands of TCs that have no rights and access to their lands. Perhaps a little consideration to your fellow man, if justice is what you want then give us our rights back to. Stop the phoney rules for restitution. I saw no decree in the judgement for the plaintiff to reside in the North for x months etc!

It's not about justice for most that have been writing on this post, it is about winning a game. None of this does anything for the repatriation of lands lost by TCs.

It's everything and the kitchen sink for a GC and nothing for the TC in your Cyprus. For you they have to live by your illigitimate rules or none at all. Man there's some really mean bigotted people out there.

And Niki, the London Underground did not advertise properties, they advertised North Cyprus, a big difference.

The pupose of the court case has always been to kill off the construction industry in the north which in turn will kill the economy of the north. Let us not pretend otherwise. This will fail like the previous akritas plans that preceded it.

How so?

The RoC welcomes their return to their rightful homes.

Any problems, please follow Mr Apostolides' example. :D
