but if there is a solution the g/c and t/c for that matter get all there land back rightful compesation for it if in use for the northern state(airports,ports,hospitals,roads)right vp.

Correct those lands not used will be returned but those used will have to accept market value compensation or alternative plots eleswhere.

I was pointing out your bright idea of forcing alternative plots for land used. Who's the wizard of oz that points out these plots in the north? I never new they had a mechanism like this anywhere, to even entertain your comical notion.

A Gc whos land has a house built on it by a TC who exchanged his land in the south can offer this land to the GC or the GC can choose financial compensation, same goes for TC who do not want their property in the south and prefer an alternative in the north or again compensation.

The first implication will be the there will be a lot of available "Orams type" homes for sale at very low prices.
This will immediately stop any further construction/ sales in the occupied. Prices of TC owned properties will skyrocket. Imo there will start sueing against TC individuals as well as againt Turks. I also predict the legality of the RoC Guardian of TC properties will also be questioned. TCs will demand their properties back and start sueing as well.

As for the Cyprob, it will only be limited to the administrative structure to be agreed. Properties and ownership are now out of the question.

I say let rip and do your worse, sooner rather than later but if nothing happens and the status quo remains what will you say then?

The question is what will you say after you witness what will be happening, man can't you see how serious this is? even TC pensioners from the UK will be affected, are you really that blind?

Of course the status quo will remain if we don't have a solution. The terms however on which it will remain will be very different and perhaps unbearable especially to those TCs with morals who gained nothing from this looting.

The only good thing that may happen is perhaps Turkey will wake up and get the best deal for Cyprob via Talat within the next 2 months.
As time passes the implications of this decission will be more and more just watch one single person in this forum namely Kifeas how he will strike in the next few days to get an example.

On Turkish paper it might work. Just doesn't make sense in Cyprus for the refugees that don't wan't another plot for their land.
