Correct those lands not used will be returned but those used will have to accept market value compensation or alternative plots eleswhere.

Dictated democracy on wheels for VP. Your ideas belong in your chocolate starfish.

If you think thousands of properties are going to be demolished you are hardly showing that you are sane.

Don't get too excited. Mine is only temporary and for a protest. When the TRNC flag is available then it will go.

Will admin allow the TRNC flag?

who cares. It's already on Beşparmak mountains.

That too may soon change... :?

Pyrpolizer wrote:The first implication will be the there will be a lot of available "Orams type" homes for sale at very low prices.
This will immediately stop any further construction/ sales in the occupied. Prices of TC owned properties will skyrocket. Imo there will start sueing against TC individuals as well as againt Turks. I also predict the legality of the RoC Guardian of TC properties will also be questioned. TCs will demand their properties back and start sueing as well.

As for the Cyprob, it will only be limited to the administrative structure to be agreed. Properties and ownership are now out of the question.

I say let rip and do your worse, sooner rather than later but if nothing happens and the status quo remains what will you say then?

Perhaps, but the RoC had nothing to lose as this was an open-and-shut case that was just going to take time to win...

If I was the Orams I wouldn't be holding my breath that compensation and legal fees will now be met by Turkey.

This was determined before therefore the TRNC plus Turkey will meet costs, but I still feel that the procedure that follows will not be as simple or open and shut as you think, the road is still very long and full of frustrating twists and turns. The plaintiff will still not have his land back and without a solution he never will.

You're forgetting that the Orams live, draw their pension and have bank accounts and assets where the rule of law applies.

Honestly ı cant wait to see how it will be enforced, let see if the "RoC" has balls or the EU will allow them to enforce it anywhere in the EU, lets see if the UK will stop their pensions or home, what if 5 years pass and nothing is done? what will you say then?

With an enforcement order... It's quite simple. But you're missing the point. There will be no more greedy, gullible piggies putting their noses in the TONC trough.

Raising a flag is a human right??? Image

You're CLUELESS about what these “human rights” are, aren't you?

Thanks.... I introduced the flag...

As long as the TRNC is flying high I love it, thanks will use that in my office.

'Your' office? Let's reserve judgement on that. But I promise not to claim compensation for using the Custer image without permission.

How long will it take for you to realize that nothing has really changed? remember the Loizou result you GCs got, you thought you had us crushed and that the TRNC would collapse in a matter of hours well where did it go absolutely nowhere just like this "result" will get you.

Viewpoint wrote:How long will it take you to eat your words about the TRNC economy, 3 4 5 years when you see that nothing will change??? People will keep buying if they feel there is a bargin to be had and there are plenty of Turkish investors in the TRNC, currenty there are exactly 11 large scale hotels being erected in the Bafra region, life goes on even after the Orams judgement.

Listen you dimwit. The courts of the ROC will be able to issue judgements against anyone with interests in the "TRNC" and have those judgements served anywhere in Europe. And that includes Turkish companies and individuals with assets or bank accounts anywhere in Europe. You see, we can sue your Turkish arses to kingdom come. The English piggies were just for starters.

Now, a Turk is not known for being smart or clever. They are notoriously simpleminded, slow on the uptake. Let's be honest. But even you must realise that you can't go on anymore. That the game is up. Even a Turk won't risk losing everything to invest in the "TRNC".

Now Mr. Viewpoint do you legally own the house you are in? Or are you a squatter? Do you have assets in Europe? That is just one question you should be asking yourselves this evening.

Just so you never forget, here’s a list of the most basic Human Rights Y-Fronts that you should always demand in the “TRNC”…

1. Goat herding.

2. Sheep shagging.

3. Picking your nose.

4. Scratching your bum.

5. Tormenting your willie.
