Well they can see the Turkish one instead. I would have though that to a GC the Turkish flag is a million times more offensive than the TRNC, but obviously it is not. Fair enough.

I would have thought that would be the most basic human right allowed and whether a country is recognized or not does not even enter the argument. But it seem when it comes to human rights it is only meant to be for GCs.

but if there is a solution the g/c and t/c for that matter get all there land back rightful compesation for it if in use for the northern state(airports,ports,hospitals,roads)right vp.

The first implication will be the there will be a lot of available "Orams type" homes for sale at very low prices.
This will immediately stop any further construction/ sales in the occupied. Prices of TC owned properties will skyrocket. Imo there will start sueing against TC individuals as well as againt Turks. I also predict the legality of the RoC Guardian of TC properties will also be questioned. TCs will demand their properties back and start sueing as well.

As for the Cyprob, it will only be limited to the administrative structure to be agreed. Properties and ownership are now out of the question.

VP , Anyone who had any doubt that the Republic of Cyprus has LEGAL sovereignty over the whole of Cyprus must now re think their position. Turkey must now take note .
Although the RoC is not able to exercise jurisdiction in the occupied parts , the EU and the entire international community recognizes the territorial integrity of the RoC .
Further "investments" in the occupied part are now a thing of the past .

May I draw every ones attention that on this very important thread not one single G/C denied the motherland , the island of Cyprus , by hoisting a foreign flag unlike our two foreign friends VP and YFred , both anxious it seems to declare their allegiance to a foreign country. They are both in the minority amongst T/Cs .

If the TRNC was allowed we would hoist that one but the nearest we can get is turkeys flag, not allowing us our rights pushes us closer to Turkey known fact.
