How Miltiades??? this ruling will not chnage jack shit how long will it take for you to realize this? will GCs get their properties back without a solution?
VP , Anyone who had any doubt that the Republic of Cyprus has LEGAL sovereignty over the whole of Cyprus must now re think their position. Turkey must now take note .
Although the RoC is not able to exercise jurisdiction in the occupied parts , the EU and the entire international community recognizes the territorial integrity of the RoC .
Further "investments" in the occupied part are now a thing of the past .
The game is over !
If investments continue will you then regret what you are saying today? what will it take to show you that nothing will change?
The investors will change.

Don't get too excited. Mine is only temporary and for a protest. When the TRNC flag is available then it will go.

Perhaps, but the RoC had nothing to lose as this was an open-and-shut case that was just going to take time to win...
If I was the Orams I wouldn't be holding my breath that compensation and legal fees will now be met by Turkey.
This was determined before therefore the TRNC plus Turkey will meet costs, but I still feel that the procedure that follows will not be as simple or open and shut as you think, the road is still very long and full of frustrating twists and turns. The plaintiff will still not have his land back and without a solution he never will.
You're forgetting that the Orams live, draw their pension and have bank accounts and assets where the rule of law applies.

miltiades wrote:May I draw every ones attention that on this very important thread not one single G/C denied the motherland , the island of Cyprus , by hoisting a foreign flag unlike our two foreign friends VP and YFred , both anxious it seems to declare their allegiance to a foreign country. They are both in the minority amongst T/Cs .
