How Miltiades??? this ruling will not chnage jack shit how long will it take for you to realize this? will GCs get their properties back without a solution?

VP , Anyone who had any doubt that the Republic of Cyprus has LEGAL sovereignty over the whole of Cyprus must now re think their position. Turkey must now take note .
Although the RoC is not able to exercise jurisdiction in the occupied parts , the EU and the entire international community recognizes the territorial integrity of the RoC .
Further "investments" in the occupied part are now a thing of the past .
The game is over !

All of the T/Cs that I know are glad that an end to the sale of G/C properties has come.
The T/Cs that I know are decent , fair , sensible and above all consider themselves Cypriot above all else. Just as I would react very angrily at any sale of T/C properties in the RoC .

Can I just say Milti that think that today has demonstrated that the RoC does have a great deal of juridiction in the Occupied Areas, as far as property and the Land Stealers are concerned.

Correct those lands not used will be returned but those used will have to accept market value compensation or alternative plots eleswhere.

Don't get too excited. Mine is only temporary and for a protest. When the TRNC flag is available then it will go.
