Apostolides v Orams Judgment Day ?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I have in front of me a copy of the ruling it consists of 33 pages. The court decision took less than 30 seconds to be announced.
The final line by Sir Paul Kennedy is also rather short.
It simply says : "I agree that the appeal should be allowed for the reasons given by Pill LJ "

Lord Justice Pill one of the 3 justices .
The appeal obviously was by Apostolides to have the EU judgment upheld and enforced in the UK.

I can't see them posting any past judgments Kifeas… :?

But here's something else interesting...

I thought some people were already there and obtained copies. How difficult is it to scan and post the full text?

C'mon you people, those that obtained the text. If you do not have a scanner, use your mobile phone and take photos of the pages. It is only 32 pages. Then post them here through an image hosting website, and post the links here.

Mikkie, only recently have these issues even been addressed in the south, in large part because of the Orams court case. Respect for the fact that you acknowledge that things were poorly in RoC. What needs to happen for the RoC to maintain the high ground is for removal of obstacles to attainment of property rights.

I personally never understood TCs fear of GCs relocating to their properties in the TRNC for the die hard only my land will do types. But if wholesale repatriation then a solution to the governing problem must be solved.

New can of worms please...

This is an example of a page photo I just made and post. It took me less than a minute.

Its a shame the Orams have to knock such a lovely villa down.

Perhaps they should leave it there for Mr Apostolides and his friends and family to enjoy on day trips up north.
