You are in the midst of your celebrations, yet there are thousands of TCs that have no rights and access to their lands. Perhaps a little consideration to your fellow man, if justice is what you want then give us our rights back to. Stop the phoney rules for restitution. I saw no decree in the judgement for the plaintiff to reside in the North for x months etc!

It's not about justice for most that have been writing on this post, it is about winning a game. None of this does anything for the repatriation of lands lost by TCs.

It's everything and the kitchen sink for a GC and nothing for the TC in your Cyprus. For you they have to live by your illigitimate rules or none at all. Man there's some really mean bigotted people out there.

And Niki, the London Underground did not advertise properties, they advertised North Cyprus, a big difference.

Hold up their fella. Why should we give a shit about TC's when they dont give a hoot about us. If they were bothered about us they would not have allowed all this buiding work to happen on GC land.

What goes around comes around.

I think we ought to ignore you mate from now on.
The reason you and the rest of cheapskates have not been arrested is because the RoC does not wish to inflame the political situation , but as you know there is more than one way to skin a ..cheapskate !

"She had to jump through all the hoops before being given her rights. Does that smack of a RoC that is executing the judgement handed down by the Court of Appeals in the UK? Is that RoC justice?"

The RoC has made a big mistake with the way it has handled TC property cases in the south. Now that Cyprus is in the EU, it should be dealing with these cases properly. Owners of property that left Cyprus before 1974 should get them back without question. In any case, things for TC's are much better than for GC's when it comes to property. At least the TC's have legal means in which to pursue their interests. Also, their property is still theirs and it is acknowleged by the RoC.

For the GC's however, their land is bought and sold to anyone prepared to pay. The GC's also have to deal with a corrupt property commission that acts like a bazzar and in most cases does not restitute peoples property but rather offers them peanuts for it and zero compensation for loss of use to boot as well.

I thought some people were already there and obtained copies. How difficult is it to scan and post the full text?

Stop sending me to a corrupt system that does not allow me access to my property without jumping through hoops and only if it suits them.

Bill just said it, for my rights I effectively have to go to RoC then ECHR. What does this tell you. The GCs don't themselves uphold the laws they sought from the UK Court of Appeals.

That's something to be ashamed about, not celebrating.

You are a f@@king twat. Same reason I cant have my familys land back in Famagusta. When you get off our land you can have yours back. Quite simple really.
