In legalese does "FINAL DECISIONS" really mean final decisions or what? I ask as I believe someone on the site said it is likely to go back to the ECJ.

Agreed, would be good to get a final decision, let everyone move on. An old trader addage: sell the rumour, buy the fact.

i think even the turks know it they just hope it wont be so..

andf the old couple who where happy to buy stolen land and keep it of course to save a few cents.

what judge is going to accept the selling of someone elses land without their consent? maybe someone should go to their house kick them out and try sell it see how they like it
