Freedom of movement.
What does that mean to you.??
Freedom of movement means one does not need to show an ID in their own country to travel wherever they want.
Freedom of movement means one can settle anywhere they want in their own country, own and enjoy their property.!.
Can the GCs do all this in the north, because much to your dismay, the north is still part of the RoC territory.!
Is there anything else you want to "brag" about the north, VP, before you can expect me to do the same, because so far you have failed to give me any good examples to follow.???
What is freedom of movement?
"According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) all people are entitled to the recognition of inherent dignity and certain inalienable rights, which are the "foundations of freedom and justice in the world." Freedom of movement is part of the "liberty of man" (Jagerskiold) thus making it one of the most basic human rights. Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights stipulate:
Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and return to his country.
The right to free movement, or the denial of it, within national and international borders can have profound effects upon other basic human rights also outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other treaties. Without the right to leave ones home, an individual may be politically repressed, prevented from observing his/her chosen religion, prevented from enjoying the basic right to marriage or family life, or blocked from a job or an education that ultimately could enhance his/her quality of life. Thus, while free movement may seem on the surface to be a fairly minor and obvious human right, it actually is one of the most basic rights that in many nations around the world, when violated, causes numerous problems and cases of suffering."

Yeah that took a lot of thought, the island very inventive looks like a splattered egg with knife anf fork from a distance.
Ours is more impressive and clearly visable from great distances as you GC know, just go from strovolos towards nicosia and you will see it at night time even clear as day.
You'll be surprised soon. There's a project thats being worked on now (am very happy to be involved as it was my idea) that may soon make that vulgar revolting scab on Pendadaktylos a thing of the past.
We hope to reveal it in 2010.

Bull shit, they are kidding you and you are falling for it, unless a solution is found or compromising meansures are agreed the flag stays where it is 24/7.

I think a squadron of these with black paint to drop on the flag will do the trick. Opps, I've given it away. Sorry DT.!

Hey hold on a moment you are yet again twisting your own question which was a discussion about the TRNC as high lighted above which we have claimed is another country recognized by Turkey, so the freedom of movement is in accordence with exactly those principles as applied when visiting another country anywhere else in the world. If you dont recognize it then you dont have to visit no one is forcing you but if you do your freedom of movement is the same as it would be if you went to the USA or Canada, you have to adhere to their rule and laws. Do you get it now?
Viewpoint wrote:Kikapu twist and turn but the TRNC is in place and you cannot avoid it, you have been caught out by demanding one thing that the TRNC does right I provided you with freedom of movement as per any other country towards foreigners but of course you had to rubbish it because you soon understood that whether recognized or not the GCs and others have to adhere to the laws and procedures in the TRNC just like they do when visiting any other country, but hey dont worry they are all "pseudo" so nothing to worry about right?
