I don't get it because:

1) Smoking Ban. You can no longer smoke in pubs/bars. So when were these pictures taken?

You can ban smoking all you like, but that won't stop Cypriots smoking and the police turning a blind eye....

It's a bit like red lights. They don't stop Cypriots either!

Paphitis my friend, you are absolutely wrong. Cypriots do abide by the new non smaoking rules. Our table was actually outside on the balcony of the bar and half the patrons of the bar were smoking outside as well.
