see i have trouples and sleep problems,
most people fall a sleep after lets say one hour when they go to bed
i have to stay calm , close my eyes and wait for MR sleep to visit me..
most of day i go to bed early 11-ish and most of days i`ll be wake up till 3 in the morning, i keep checking the time!!
and because i have bad dreams always i keep counting no!
i keep counting backword from 500 to 1 tell i fall a sleep
i sleep with big black eye masks cause any lights annoy me and i cant sleep at all..
light gives me headaches lol but.. i still have bad dreams, weather im happy or not it doesnt make any different
to be honest im thinking of writing down a dream dairy and count how many times i have repeated dreams and discripe them
and after a while i`ll take it to my psychologist he might explain any thing lol
