I see the Orams are due in court on tuesday, so many worried ones on that other forum, nearly a thousand hits on one post!!! i wonder why they are all so concerned to see the final outcome!!

According to a confused Cyprus Mail, Orams' side give the impression they've lost:

while Apostolides' side give the impression the case will go back to the ECJ, giving the Orams a temporary stay of execution:

Apostolides’ lawyer Candounas, however, yesterday give the impression the UK court had chosen not to commit itself, and would likely be re-referring the case to Luxemburg where he said he was hopeful his client would win the case “in the end”.

I would expect the British courts to refer it as they have no bottle to string up their own.

However, this would make an absolute mockory of the ECJ who have already ruled on this. What more could they possibly consider.
