Not until or if we reach a solution, even then yours will represent you and our will represent us with a new for the federal and internaitonal level.

VP, can some of us have your assurance there will be no more offensive flags in your posts?

NO

Oh dear dear.!

That was a trick question, VP and you fell right into it.!

The operative word was "offensive flags".!

So you agree, that the flag of the "trnc" is offensive.!

It's too late. You can't take back your answer now.!

It maybe be offensive to him like the "RoC" flag is offensive to me.

Yeah but, you have agreed with him that the flag of the "trnc" is offensive.............period.! There is no mention of the flag of the RoC, but only the flag in your post.!

Just one more example of you not paying attention to details. You are not as bad as YFred, but you are trying to catch him up..!

You are so sadly misinformed, Kookapu. The Confederate Flag has two very diverse meanings: To one group of people, it represents Southern Heritage and Pride. To another, it represents racism. Now, the United States was founded upon compromise. It was the failure to compromise that led to the Civil War. Now, the Confederate flag flying from the Southern States' capitol buildings was a knee-jerk reaction to the Civil Rights revolution of the 50's and 60's. So groups like the NAACP were right to demand its removal from the State Capitals' domes. But given that the majority of Southerners wanted the Confederate Flag to remain, it wasn't fair to them (you know: democracy), so the South Carolina legilature compromised and removed the flag from the Capital Dome, and instead transferred it to a Civil War Monument on the grounds of the capitol so that the Southern Heritage could be honored. However, the NAACP continued its boycott of South Carolina on the grounds that the Confederate Flag should NEVER be on public property. This issue has polarized the population in South Carolina. The legislature tried to compromise, but the NAACP does not want to do that, and thus are continuing the state boycott. Now do you understand, you idiot?

Fragnatic, are you at kindergarden?
Just because you don't like what VP says and so he's not your friend, you can't just ask him to leave the sandbox!
If he says something offensive then call him on it.

Be a good sport, play nice.

The Confederation was also a secessionist entity that was considered to be illegitimate by the rest of the United States, so in that respect there is a striking parallel with the situation in Cyprus.

If you are looking for analogies then you must have like principles:

The NAACP fight for the rights of the persecuted ethinc minorities. GCs persecuted the rights of TCs from 1963 to 1974.

My flag represents my identity away from the continued tyranny of the RoC/
