Flag of the Occupation ADMIN PLEASE NOTE

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby bill cobbett » Mon Jan 11, 2010 2:59 am

Hiya Umit, Happy New Year to you.

Erm .. whilst welcoming your comments re the TA and the dodgy flag, you appreciate the "guarantees" won't wash in an EU member state?

Oh and EX-LAX, am deeply offended by the two flags that now seem to appear at the bottom of your posts. The "flag" of the Illegal Regime and part of the NZ flag that features the flag of the Former Colonial Power in the corner.

So offended, that will refer to you as Ex-Lax 'til you show some small consideration for your fellows by removing both.

Hi Billy boy, can't write much since I have to leave for work in 5 min. and have only just got out of the shower. Mate, I that a Guarantee Treaty has the meaning of "Guaranteed to get fecked". Mate I am a practical man, an assurance that nobody gets two timed is enough. So what sort of prenup would you suggest?

Are you serious about discussing how we can solve our problems,MP?
why do you let yourself be distracted by the antics of Oracle????
She has picked one sentence, and put her own twisted meaning, and got you worried about the Turkish soldiers... All foreign soldiers must leave Cyprus when a just and lasting solution is found Full stop...

But my whole point is : we can't get from here to a fully democratic unitary state, which must be our ultimate goal...We need to do it in stages...For that we have to built trust and respect...We have wasted so many years already, with denials, accusations and counter accusations...We must take steps to heal our wounds...Before that we must accept that we have wounds to heal...Now please go back and read my post to you again...If you cannot find anythings else there you wish to discuss,we are wasting our time....

denizaksulu, maintaining troops from Turkey on Cyprus is not a solution.

And if after free Cypriots have displayed all the empathy, trust and goodwill in the world, there is still an insistance that these troops remain in their country then, forgive me, but we are wasting our time.

As I have been advocating for quite a while now, the legal avenue is the only one worth pursuing at this time; that and blocking Turkey's EU path at every juncture.

You see,malapapa...how easily you can be freaked out by the likes of Oracle...The reality is this: the Turkish soldiers will all go once a pemanent solution is found...Part of that permanent solution will have to be making sure that both communities feel secure and they trust their defense forces... that is why I said we need to first built a National Guard (preferably with another name) before we can go forward...I will not go on till I hear your considered opinions on what I said in my initial post...

No. I commented on your soldiers and other proposals before Oracle. Look again. And next time pay more attention.

Is that it???
Not one word on the rest of my post???
Am I wasting my time with you too,MP...???
Are you part of the conspirators who are hellbent on Partition???
Keep ignoring what I am saying about trust, respect, and the necessity of healing first, and we will soon be talking about the settlers outnumbering the GCs in the South...You might then want to build a unitary state with them where democracy and human rights rule supreme!! Oh ...and the majority rule of course...
