Now what?
We continue our political battle as an independent nation member of the UN and the EU ,
Yes.
miltiades wrote:we recognize that this island is equally owned by all Cypriots ,
Yes. Equally owned by all Cypriots who are equally responsible for its well-being and independence
miltiades wrote:we recognize and do something about our two faced diplomacy where on the one hand we tell the world that ALL of Cyprus is for ALL Cypriots while on the other hand we exclude the non G/Cs by flying the Greek flag on government buildings
Does this still happen? I thought people were wising up. If so, it's stupid. Hurry up and get the flags under control.

What the fuck are we doing to Cyprus. Do we want Cyprus to continue its struggle as an independent nation or do we want to gift what we have left to Greece.
We shall NEVER learn. We are Cypriots , our flag is that of the RoC as recognized by all. Our national anthem is a fucking slap in the face for those of us who are aligned to Greece and neither do we consider Greece to be anything other than a related country.
Errr, national anthem? Yes. It should be changed.
miltiades wrote:Embrace our Cypriotness , actively encourage the T/Cs to do so too but show them with action and not words that we are genuine.
Down with all foreign flags depicting our island as bastard nation .
Great. Assuming that's all done (and it's taking time to convince some, given the psychology of the 40,000 foreign troops, the gloating flag on the mountain in lights, the settlers, the carpetbaggers, the mosques, the Ataturk statues, the desecration of churches and graveyards, the memories of the horrors of 1974, etc)... now what?
Can I ask are you based in Cyprus ?
The monstrosity of a flag on our Cypriot mountains , statues of foreign leaders past and present are a sore for most Cypriots , T/Cs included.
Lets get our house in order first and also let us begin to act as we preach , ie that Cyprus is an independent nation and not a part of either Greece or Turkey because by continuing the promotion of Greece by using IT'S anthem and flag we are concurring fully with Turkeys position that on this island there are two nations. We are , without realizing perhaps , promoting Turkish propaganda , we are saying loud and clear that we are "Greek Cyprus " not Cyprus .Can you see the hypocrisy in this .
