Cyprus protests against Turkish airspace violations

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Cyprus protests against Turkish airspace violations

Having just read this article, do Greek Cypriots feel threatened by this violation? Do you worry that the Turks might try making further in-roads into the South?

Steveuk, as a resident of the UK, how would you like the UK to deal with a "known" enemy/opposer to UK freedom (say, Libya, Iraq, Pakistan) who violates UK air-space?

Furthermore, since this is also EU air-space they are violating, what do you think the EU should do about it?

Name it the TCs TRNC or Turks we are here and here to stay in 37% of the island, this may make you feel sick but you have to accept that we are a side and that our views and conerns are important and have to be addressed.

We don't rename any regions of Cyprus for the sake of transitory invaders.

Accept the fact you may have gone too far and get your lifejacket ready for swimming back to Turkey!

Iraq, Libya nor Pakistan is of any threat to the UK. But, will we assume for arguments sake that a particular nation deliberately violates our airspace in an act of aggression. We would retaliate.

The biggest threat to the UK is our traitorous politicians who have allowed mass immigration into our country for the past 60 years via the backdoor without consulting us. This in turn has inevitably allowed home grown terrorists into the country.

This is why I am asking the question, would Greek Cypriots resist the Turks if they decided to try and make further in-roads into the South. I hope your answer would be yes - unless of course you are Turkish.

Even sitting on the sidelines as it were, I feel anger at the Turks for their illegal invasion and when they shot one of the protesters in back when he attempted to remove the Turkish flag.

Also, what about all those poor souls who have mysteriously disappeared since the invasion and the families who are still trying to find out what has happened to them?

Do you know anything about the history and events that lead to the Turkish intervention and the peaceful exsistence since 1974?
