If someone needs a roof desperately then I would be happy to help... but it comes with conditions...

I don't mean to sound nasty, but I have been down this road before and had my fingers burnt... and don't wish to have a repetition of this.

Let's not get our wires crossed, I'm sure you understand...

With respect, if it's so urgent then maybe putting a little more info and a contact number would be advisable... then you may well get a little more feedback.. :)
