You’re asking the overwhelming majority of indigenous Cypriots (82%) to do what exactly… accommodate your invasions & occupations?

If anything it is YOU that needs to get in touch with reality because nobody invited you here!

I am asking the overwhelming majority of Cypriots to stop denying their part in this bloody saga,so that we can have a constructive dialogue...I am asking you not to keep your head in the sand and throw futile insults and accusations left and right...I am asking you to look at the causes and effects in its totality, not in bits that suit your GC nationalist propaganda purposes...

Even as we speak, there are more of your Turkish/Anatolian compatriots arriving by the boatful to Cyprus, just as your great grandfathers arrived here without an invitation!

How many times must Turks/Ottomans/Anatolians be told to stay put in their OWN country?

Now tell me… how long is this shit going to go on for and isn’t an all-out war called for?

This shit will go on till you own up to your part in this catastrophy, and make an effort to induce some trust and respect towards you in the TCs...

An all-out war is never called for,it will be the summit of stupidity and mindlessness...You will come to your senses and make ammends for your second class treatment of the TCs during, before and after the 1963-74 period...Then we will come to an agreement which will allow many refugees to either return to their homes or get compensated for them...In time when mutual trust and respect develops we will try again to become one nation one country...There is no other way...

We are the ones supporting universally accepted democratic principles and human rights for all. Your audacity precedes you!

An all-out war is never called for,

If your actions are not an act of war and a Cassus Belli, then I don't know what is!

it will be the summit of stupidity and mindlessness...

What is stupid is how the Ottoman Remnants remain in Cyprus endangering their own safety and lives.

You will come to your senses and make ammends for your second class treatment of the TCs during, before and after the 1963-74 period...

You are the one arguing against democracy and human rights. Are you stupid?

Then we will come to an agreement which will allow many refugees to either return to their homes or get compensated for them...

Off you go then.

Tell the Ottoman Remnants to leave or face the consequences of their actions, because you can stick your compensation.

In time when mutual trust and respect develops we will try again to become one nation one country...There is no other way...

Sorry dude. If I'm not equal to you, then there can never be mutual respect and understanding since you're a racist!

Don't label me. I am a citizen of Cyprus. As are you if you wanted to be. I am not a member of your cult. I am a non-Turkish Cypriot.

Hiding behind democracy? Hiding behind human rights? Listen to yourself.

BirKibrisli wrote:in order to turn Cyprus into a bastion of Hellenism, you can ask the TCs to give up their cult...

You keep introducing 'Greek' and 'Hellenism'. Cyprus is part of the EU. It's a bastion of Europe. Now, you either want to be a part of it or not. Hellenism has nothing to do with it. Cyprus has moved on. This isn't 1963.

Why is my dysfunctional family analogy not objective?

MP you are a Greek Cypriot, not a Cypriot. Your words never capture the pain of all the people of Cyprus, just your Greek brothers. Think about it and perhaps you will have an epiphany and grow as a human being.

I don't see how you have the right to classify anyone's heritage. Such matters are personal, so next time, just speak for yourself and not others idiot!

Getting a little hot under the collar I see Pratitis - chill, read some philosophy, grow and develop the kinder more understanding part of your warped mind.

Don't tell me who I am, OK?

You are a Cypriot, not a TURKISH Cypriot. See? How do you like it?

Acikgoz wrote:Your words never capture the pain of all the people of Cyprus, just your Greek brothers.

I don't have any Greek brothers. My brothers, who share my pain, my sense of injustice and my resolve to free our country from foreign imperialists, are Cypriots.

I am a human being who is Cypriot, nothing less. No more growth is necessary.

Hey the label doesn't bother me. Cypriot, Turkish, Greek, French, Japanese whatever.
I'll have a drink with any of them as long as they have some personality and integrity - perhaps I can let go of some integrity but then they must have some damn good personality.

MP you are not a humanist by any stretch of the imagination. Pathetic - that's double deep.

In Cyprus, we're Cypriots. The rest are guests; some uninvited.
