As for the TRNC it may not be recognized, but it's flag cannot be rendered illegal to fly.

Yasemin, if you really want to display the flag you can just post a link to a image in your signature.

P.S: Paphitis although the TRNC is not recognized by Australia, it's flag can be exhibited freely by anyone.

UMIT07, I could fly the Pirate Flag if I wanted too, but just like the "trnc" flag it would be meaningless....or just piece of cloth!

A flag is mere representation, like you said the TRNC flag dignifies no material meaning within the international community, since the state itself is not recognized. All I'm trying to say is that if someone wants to display it they have the right to do so.

How come in the Avatar Gallery there is just about every different flag in the world but there isn't the TRNC flag??

TRNC is recognised as a matter of fact, but the inbred blood in you must be affecting your judgment. Please can you explain why there is no option for us to use the TRNC/KKTC flag as an Avatar. If you are going to tell me it is illegal then can you please post the relevant laws that say it is for my information. Please refrain from using association to the TRNC/KKTC being illegal so the flag must be...If you have not seen the post I made of the driving license issue I will be more than happy to tell it again.

Hello Zan,

The flag is not included in the avatar list because I have chosen not to include symbols that promote division among Cypriots. The symbol of EOKA was turned down for the same reason.

Exactly, if i wanted to display the nazi symbol even i should be allowed to because everyone has the right to choose and i have the right to show the flag of TRNC and no-one can sit there and tell me that it's illegal.
