Brain drain from the north......

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

With 70 million reserves I dont think we have to worry.

exactly but the north are claiming they do have to worry and that they need 40k troops in cyprus... so either you people are worrying or are not..

its obviously a show for the eu to pretend they need two states

Im talking about a brain drain not security you are confusing the two issues.
