I am so sad my 2010 Prediction has come true already! back to smoking

i heard somewhere its harder to give up smoking then heroin.. the heroin has the physical pain but the smoking is still harder..

my uncle gave up for 8 years and after the turks opened the boarders and he went into the turkish side he started again. after all those years now he smokes one every 5 seconds..

. take a alot of will power and want to stop for some and the temptation being around smokers or being in situations where you would normlly light 10 up one after the other..

yes im a hypocrite i smoke to sometimes: enjoy your smoke with frappe..

compared to england its summer in cyprus atm. just think here it rains all the time its freezing.. now thats not right..

but even with smoking areas and non smoking the smoke still goes intot he non smoking areas. i think its a good thing. for some like me it make sme smoke way less havign to go outside i never can be bothered to go outside so i just dont smoke. works out well for me saves my health to.

i will defo quit smoking in 2010, but i dont think i`ll make it in a week or two, i have been a heavy smoker for a long time, so im cutting down , but to say the truth it doesnt look good, im on it..

and i do believe it is an eddiction cause i wouldnt ming giving up alcohol and find it easier

i think both are ok socially... the doctor when i told him i smoke 5 a day said it was nothing this was a few years ago

First and foremost I do not drink and drive , I'm not irresponsible like you mate , I can afford a taxi I can also afford to look clean and above all to smell fresh not I'm sure as you do with your stale tobacco pong.
