Here is the link for further reading, as long as you can read through the haze of tobacco smoke.

I know it's harmfull to other people and i can respect that but if you really want us to think of you non smokers then please think of us smokers too.
Indeed we always think of the smokers like GR, mum (died 45 yo) Miltis sister(died not old).
Here is something for you to think about.
A normal 'city dwellers' lung showing slight pollution.
Straight lung cancer. The whitish blobs are the cancerous tissue.
A smokers lung (eg GR) with Emphysema
You see, we always think of smokers too. They are often our loved ones.
Guess who has to pick up the pieces.
Filthy habit.
I'd do anything to get GR to pack it in. (well, almost anything).
Is the city dweller that donated his lung for the picture any more alive than the others...?
He died of lead poisoning.
We all die, sooner or later. I'd rather the latter and fate does not need us to lend it a hand.
So assuming all the lungs were the same age, not smoking didn't help the city dweller at all?
Perhaps we should ban cities?

Sometimes I curse myself for being such a caring person.
If you are hell bent on pursuing the 'filthy habit' having no regard to your loved ones what can I say but ....no, I will not say it. I pity the loved ones thats all.

Now, you blame the Health Care people.
I know its bad isnt it. Never blame the vanity of youth; just blame the Health Industry. Doctors and nurses shold be thankful for the smokers keeping them in F/T employment.
