What had happened was that I was creating a wikipedia page regarding the TC's claim based on percentage of land they had owned pre-1963. I had a list of URL's given to me by some of my TC contacts. I looked up the first one, and it had quoted a 31% land figure. I put that figure up (without mentioning the URL or the source). When GR looked at it, he was rather annoyed, to say the least. Rather than changing it himself (which he could have easily done) and justifying that change on the discussion page, he came at me with figures from another site and told me to change it to those figures, or he would publicize my contact details, which he got off the internet. As those contact details were for a PO Box in an LA suburb I pass through (not live in) and that the phone number was obsolete, I was more angry than scared and in response put out his blackmail note on the forum. Still, I did look at other sites and realized that the 31% was a single-source top-end figure. Most of the other TC and Turkish sites put the figure at just under 25%, while RoCy sources put it between 16 to 18%. so in the end, I ammended the Wikipedia page to reflect this information, then admitted my error to the forum.
