TRNC government bans European Union Diaries

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Sorry to have been obtuse :)

Why were there 2 leagues throughout the conflict? Was it not one functioning country until Turkey came in 1974?

Alexander of Macedonia was taught "eristics" a branch of rhetoric from the Plato curriculum. A form of tackling an argument logically from opposing sides. It was not viewed favourably by some as a Prince was meant to lead, not persuade with argument.

I hear what you'd like to say, but the facts you put infront of me don't stack up to convince me of your argument. Come on MP, take a look from the other side, it won't kill you, it might make you a wiser person.

I am not an expert in how the leagues operated in Cyprus. My own view is having two leagues in Cyprus was a stupid mistake that needs to be rectified. As I explained, in the UK TCs (and also non-Cypriots) play in a UK Cypriot league.

I'd like to see TCs take full advantage of their citizenship rights in the RoC; that includes playing in the Cypriot football league, as players and as clubs, and also representing their country at international level. If they are prevented from doing so then this needs to be taken up with the football governing bodies.

The Cyprus Football Federation was established in 1934 and included Turkish Cypriots. The first teams to join the federation were…

(<-- Turkish Cypriots)
(η) Το ΤΡΑΣΤ Λευκωσίας.

What happened after 1963, when the TCs spat the dummy and formed their own league is unofficial.

So the answer to Acikgoz, there were two leagues because, presumably, the TCs pulled out and tried to set up their own league, which was not recognised. So TC clubs face the same issue as Celtic would face if it left the SFA and tried to set up its own Irish Catholic league in Scotland.

The opinion that TC language, culture and the people themselves were being wiped out by Turkey was made by a TC... I mean if it's OK for a TC to have an opinion that doesn't correspond to your regime's wishes.

You obviously dont know the TRNC everyone has an opinion whats it to you people..you have nothing to do with with TRNC...

What racist comments, im basically making fun of your culture norms, answer these questions 1 Has You tube been banned in Turkey through a court order? 2. Has is it been reinstated? 3. Is there any hope that Turkey can face itself and its past ?

Wyoming Cowboy has made some useless comments. In respect to his title as a cowboy, I immediately visualised one of those hick cowboys that are out on the plains (kinda like Wyoming). His comments are the same racist drivel dished out by GC politicians and church - and we make reference to sheep when describing someone that doesn't think for themselves.
GCs that harp on about Turkey and TCs really need to address their own contribution to the mess.
Clear enought for you?!
