Yeni Düzen has, based on a report compiled by the Republic of Turkey embassy in Nicosia, compiled a table showing the percentage of the TRNC budget that was constituted by aid from the Republic of Turkey over the past 12 years.

Interestingly, the decreased Turkish handouts seem to coincide with the opening of the roadblocks and introduction of the EU trade regulation...

It also coincides with the CTP's term in office, the point that this pro-CTP rag probably wishes to emphasise.

It also coincides with Cyprus' EU accession and Turkey's consequent demoralisation for getting the "trnc" recognised or annexed ....

also coincides with inevitable enosis between Türkiye and KKTC. You can't avoid it.

How does north Cyprus becoming more independent economically from Turkey imply that?
