Its uk what do you expect. This stuff have happened before many times. There were other 10 years old who killed a 7 year old girl. Its not the first and it wont be the last either

Actually, I think Oracle is being a little charitable in her description of the situation in the UK, one has only to mingle with the 'Youth' of any of the cities there to realize that there is something seriously wrong with the society which bred them.

Parental control (in it's strictest sense) has actually been subjected to so much government interference, the parents are afraid to chastise their offspring for fear of prosecution.

Yet another example of (among many) a problem created by those who deign to act in the best interests of the society they are effectively destroying by those very acts.

Small wonder that vulgarity and immorality is so rife when the said 'Youth' cannot identify with respectability since it does not exist in the 'Halls of Power', which SHOULD be an example for them to aspire to. (IMHO) of course.
