Politis and Filelefthros are reporting that the case "may" be going back to the ECJ.

( you will have to look for the links yourselves guys because I got this on a text and am not well enough to research the links because I am feeling the side effects of the swine flu jab. Not good!)

We were given the impression that the case had nowhere else to go after The Court of Appeal.

The date of the Court judgement will be posted here:-

If this got referred back, it would make a total mockery of the ECJ.

It would render it as a good for nothing quango and the judges residing were alla bunch of ..........................

This is IMHO, another bailout of the UK judges, with no balls to pass judgement of their own. They did it before with the sole aim to blame the EU, but now the shit is back in their court (excusing the pun) they still want out.

Like I said, they will wait for any outcome forfore they decide, lest they fuckup the carpet baggers once and for all!

The one sided declaration by the Gcs has angered the UK government and soon they will make a counter declaration whcih we all look forward to but this will only go towards delaying the orams decision or even placing it on hold until a solution is found.

Can you describe the mechanism by which a judicial decision is put on hold for political purposes?
