Neo-classicism may have been Europe-wide, but how do you think it ended up on the north-east plain of India, or at the Cape in South Africa? Did Lytras, Gyzis, or Solomos collect air miles?
It's always those with an innate sense of superiority that try to denigrate others by calling them names. Therefore, I'll simply call you misguided.
P.S. As for the Parthenon frieze, I agree it should be given back now that there are adequate facilities to store it. However, it's likely that had they remained in Athens, they'd be broken into a million pieces by now. Under the Ottomans the site was badly neglected and continued to be mistreated even under Greek rule for many decades.
