Gori Bambolla, you wanted a link to show you that EU promissed to the TCs the lifting of embargo.
I hope that the word of the Economist is good enough.
From its new vantage-point the Cypriot government vetoed an EU promise to reward the Turkish-Cypriots for voting yes by ending their trade and travel isolation.

Well now that you've got, you hope you take greek style old chap.
Now shove it good and proper.

The Economist, followed by the Independent are the two most pro-Turkish British publications.

So are you saying, the economist has got it wrong. The eu made no such promise?

The Economist got a lot of things wrong, not just that. And this was not merely a mistake. They have a very pro-Turkish agenda for as long as I can remember.

Then why don't you support your (and Economist's) view by showing to us an official EU document that promises such rewards to the TCs in exchange for their "yes" vote?

Here's the accompanying article in The Economist providing a historical perspective.

Aphrodite's troubled island

Might be worth reading if there is to be an evaluation of accusations of bias to either side.
