Individuals do not have ot lose their rights if we agree partition, my offer is 25% 75% with the right of refugees protected, they can choose compensation or exchnaged land in the south if their property haas been used.

My counter offer is 100% to the Cypriots of the RoC, and 0% to anyone else I may have failed to mention.
