I couldn't agree more. I didnt vote for Christofias nor do i agree with a lot of his policies yet i consider him my President and would never spout hatred against him. For those who thought there would be infighting amongst the GCs because of this...it didnt happen. Sorry, f_ckers.

All i currently see in the RoC is unity with both ends of political spectrum expressing outrage at this despicable act. We are now speaking with one voice.

B25 get stuffed.

Who is B25 you silly clown? Ask the admin if B25 and i are posting from the same IPs. Unlike some...i dont post using sock puppet accounts. Now why don't you get stuffed.

If anyone had problems with VP in his postings here then they'd better get over to Bill's posting on Denktas and make amends and apologies. Dead or alive, our actions are judged by those we have effected. It's only rude to speak ill of the dead if their loved ones are close to you or you do not wish to offend them.

GCs have shown me throughout this forum that they first and foremost desire to instill HATE. Papad was one of the architects in that (not being disrespectful but truthful) -

I commented that before VP wrote anything TCs were being accused on this string, no one was smart enough to even suggest fair point, evil begets evil, but instead continuation of the barrage of madness. Then, bless (what now is evidently a classic GC trait) Bill for his contribution on Denktas.

With all this going on people talk about democracy as being the way forward for Cyprus! HA COME ON PEOPLE.

Seriously, is this forum somewhere that people really would like to share ideas, viewpoints and learn from each other with the outside chance of moving forward, or is this simply the internet version of a football match with two arch rival teams - teams you were born into and which you will die with which define for you both your love of your side and the hate of the other?

Over the bones of a dead man we are talking, so without the slagging match who's a player and who's a hater.

Since when was wishing death on someone more noble than taunghting the dead. I find no humour in your comment.

Bill you are a hater. Your true colours, the base shades of human darkness dominate and block out any goodness that could illumnate your soul.

Not if the widespread and systematic desecration of Christian graves in the north is anything to go by.

You see BirKibrisli, my concern is that your "average TC", as represented by Viewpoint, still can't help themselves going too far; taking mindless, base, destructive actions, with the sole aim of causing ill will.

And then, instead of apologising when people have indeed been upset, your "average TC" simply reverts to the tried and tested argument:

"See? We can't live together. We can't trust each other. Partition is the only answer. The 'TRNC' is our safe haven."

I'm fed up of it and want the "average TC" exposed for the rabble-rouser that he really is.

I hope you are exaggerating re the systematic desecration of Christian graves in the North,MP...Otherwise it will be very sad indeed...I don't know,as I havent been to the North for 10 years...

perhaps we shouldnt talk about the average TC or GC...On forums like this people usually talk as individuals...I happen to know, from my conversations with certain members of my family on Facebook, that most think like VP politically...This does not mean they are massachists or sadists who want to cause ill will...They just do not think deeply about certain issues..If you live with conflict and have no way of escape,it is easier to take a superficial attitude shared by most people you know...It might be the only certianty they will have,in a life engulfed with historical emnity they really dont understand...I am trying to make the GCs here more aware of the TC fears and sentiments, but to no avail it seems...Again people are more confortable with their entrenched prejudices...But this is no way to walk towards a solution...Close-mindedness and ignorance are not virtues in this case..They are suicide bombs waiting to explode in people's hands...

Well done. Off course decaying bodies in the sewers were a popular method used by your idols the Nazis. I'm not surprised thats the first stop your brain made in this instance. Is this the training you got from your schooling? It seems like a reflex reaction to me.

I'm afraid there has been widespread desecration and vandalism of Greek Cypriot cemetries in the north of Cyprus. I have seen it first-hand. We are talking about the wanton vandalism of entire sites where no grave has been left undamaged. As soon as Greek Cypriots were able to travel north to visit their former villages many attempted to repair and tidy up the graveyards only to find on the next visit that they had been destroyed again.

Of course this is just part of a pattern to eradicate the presence of Greeks in the north. The looting and systematic desecration of Greek churches is well documented. It leaves many Greek Cypriots with little doubt as to the real intentions of the authorities in the north. The Turkish population of northern Cyprus shows little restraint and are free to exercise their visceral hatred for the land and culture in which they claim to be equal partners. A strange and disturbing state of affairs.

Don't bullshit us Bir...

If you visited the "trnc" 10 years ago then you would have noticed that just about every GC cemetery was desecrated and destroyed, and that just about all GC Churches were also destroyed and turned in stables!

This is where my partner's relative lies (just outside Palekythro):
