Lifting Embargo On T/C

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Lifting Embargo On T/C

Postby boulio » Wed Dec 09, 2009 6:43 pm

I always hear turkish politicians when asked about the Ankara Protocol bring up the "embargo" of the t/c and that must be lifted first. And that the EU broke its promise to do so.Does any one have a link to the actual statement, vote, declaration of the EU TO THIS effect that since the t/c voted yes to the ANNAN PLAN THE ISOLATION SHOULD AND WILL BE LIFTED.

Thanks

Was there ever a statement or declaration to that effect?becuse its really getting boring with the relentless turkish propaganda.Yesterday Erdogan stated in the white house that the 130,000 turkish minorty of thrace has severe difficulties as does the 3,000 greek community of istanbul. We all now why theres only 3,000 RUM left in istanbul and the 130,000 muslim minority is not all turkish. But Propaganda at its best.Same with cyprus many turkish statements are really open to debate.I just wonder if and when people will statrt calling Turkey out on all these False Statements.

Perhaps now you realise how stupid you have been by inviting them to Cyprus in the first place.

When did Cypriots invite you to come to Cyprus? You came uninvited and you started to kill and oppress us.

Here's another poisonous animal indigenous to Cyprus threatened by habitat loss.
