Hello Kristyn! I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but its gonna be extremely hard for you to get a job here without being a EU
citizen. You had to prove that no other Cypriot can do the job if someone hires u before u come. Cypriots are highly educated though. You are allowed to stay here for 3 months. Maybe you can find a job then. Another problem is that there is so much red tape in Cyprus. You have to wait forever to get anything done from the public service. So you may find a job, but suppose you don't get your 'pink slip' in time to work. What would be helpful if you spoke another language (Spanish, Polish, Russian) besides English. You can get a job faster . You wouldn't be a beach bum right now. It's 54 degrees outside.
