How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Will you apologise when you are convinced the case will be heard?

I've already seen that a case will be heard after Tim pointed it out, but GCs scrambling for a settlement? I don't think so...

Do you support the ladys application to get compensation and the right to her property exposing the GC system for what it really is, a racist and defuncked lie. Or is it the old GC viewpoint of one justice for GCs and another for TCs??

Do you also support every Cypriot's right to compensation and the right to their property exposing Turkey's system for what it really is, a racist and defuncked lie. Or are you the old viewpoint of one justice for TCs and another for GCs??

Totally but you are the ones claiming to uphold human rights and democracy, a recognizied GC state which represents all Cypriots rights not us. Then you turn around in the same breath and deny people their properties.

Let European human rights justice be done everywhere in Cyprus.

Exactly. Good luck to her and to all Cypriots whose rights have been trampled on. And both the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Cyprus should abide by the ruling of the ECHR straight away, pay any compensation due, and restore properties to the legitimate owners as required. Agreed viewpoint?

I have agreed with your viewpoint, but NOT with Viewpoint.

So you dont agree with me that this lady should pursue he rights thus exposing the racist and biased GC system whereby they demand TC reside in the south befor ethey have any rights to their property? They cannot claim one thing for GCs and another for TCs, if the deeds in the north are invalid then ther eis not double dipping and TCs should be given their properties today without delay you cannot have it both ways.

I support her right to come and live in her rightful house, but we certainly can’t have these people coming and going back and forth to the “TRNC” also enjoying another house that doesn’t belong to them!

She lives in the UK but this will open a can worms im sure the GCs will try to stop thats why they wish to settle out of court as I said we would also file a case as we to have land in the south that we have not exchanged nor do we live in disputed property. But isnt this a case of discriminaiton when the GCs claim to represent the whole island and take Brits to court saying their deeds are invalid then there is no exchanged land and they cannot discriminate against those that ride north of the island they say they represent.

If she lived in the UK prior to 74 she should be given her property back and she can do what she wants with it.

The other thing our proud TC friends need t realise is that there are also many GC's who live overseas and can also apply to the courts, in which case the "trnc" will be obliterated

have a nice day jokers
