Both will do the same thing. Just dont put all the maps of the world, because its pretty pointless. Put the ones you destined to go. I have only europe cause thats the only places I do travel with my brothers car

I managed to jailbreak the IPHONE, but this time I ignored the Itunes RESTORE prompt when it rebooted. It is what they call a tethered jailbreak.

I also tried to SSH to customise, and overnight I contracted the ikee worm virus!

So I then RESTORED, re jail-broke and then SSHed. I then downloaded an APP called MobileTerminal to change the root/alpine user name password.

Here is some info on this new virus.

Oh BTW, the writer of this virus landed a job with APPLE!!!

Is the iPhone still worth getting? Its been almost a year since I got rid of my 3G, but I'm due my upgrade tomorrow so I'm seriously considering the 3Gs...

I've been using my Blackberry Bold for ages now, its easily the best phone I've ever had. Still, I'm really eager to try out the 3Gs and the 3.0 software.

Only thing putting me off is that Apple are likely to bring out their new iPhone next July...
