since CF blessed with lots of ppl who got the brains i thought may be i can get proper advice over here.

What is the best way to rent out holiday villas, part of my job is advertising and marketing 10 holiday villas , now i can list them in many web sites that require %15-20 commision once the booking is confirmed or i can simply advertise the villas private web site, now the owner of the villas wanna list them under private travel agencies but he left it all to me to market the villas for the year 2010 so i thought may be on here any formurs that rent out holiday villas over here and can help me, i wanna know who is the best website or company to deal with,, any help much appreciated.

haha lol take it easy toffee i was only looking for new idea and in the end of the day its about gettin the job done but no worries i have few ideas that really good, and i consider lots of formurs are my friends and im just asking in friendly way if someone might know better web sites or companies than the one i know.. tho explaining my self to you making me feel like a rite dumass lol

Fig head , I will tell you , or rather give you my opinion as to how to progress with the management of the villas .
Firstly you must , as I'm sure you do , understand that no one is equally good at all things . Even the experts at a given field of expertise must at times seek the advice and opinions of other experts who are perhaps better acquainted with the task at hand.
It appears to me that you are at least determined to succeed and coming on a public forum asking for opinions is a sign of a wise person who has realized that searching and obtaining some valuable opinions from others is a step in the right direction. PM for some good advice.
In the meantime avoid confrontations with certain smart arses , and since I don't mince my words I mean GR.

Yup ... they took the blue ones out because they made the (British) kids behave strangely ... then they brought them back again saying they were safer ... but look what has happened to the 'yoof' of today!
