You forgot an emotikon GR. I did not expect you to answer differently. Anyway, a BBF is 'partition' in disguise, so I would not support it either.
What do you support Deniz? TC to be a minority in a GC state?
A Cypriot in Cyprus is NOT a minority. Whenever there is a will, there is a way. In the EU we will all have equal partnership and laws that will protect all of us.
You are aware of the 80% 20% balance Deniz, how will you prevent laws voted for by the majority if they are detremental to one portion of the population?
That question just sums it up. Funniest post of the day!
I have never voted for labour, but I still live by the law and whatever it has to offer me. Thats life.
So if the majority vote like Swiss not to allow minarets you are OK with this? today minarets tomorrow your right to practice your religion..be careful what you accept as it will guarantee your second class status, the GCs are totally different from the Brits.
VP, you are close to being a paranoiac. Even in Turkey they use loudspeakers to call the people to prayer.
About legalities, you very well know what is legal and what is not.
If I lived as Kafenes or Oracles neighbor, would the road I use be of 'minority use' construction. Someone mentioned 'communities', I read that as 'ghetto's) they made a valid point. If we lived in a truly re-unified state, there would be no need for 'equal' rights etc. Perhaps I trust the Greek Cypriots perhaps I dont. In a democratic society we make our beds and sleep in it.
This day and age we cannot live on 'plunder'. Are we going to be labelled as uncivilised till kingdom come?
