Hello you grumpy bunch, im back!
could really do with some advice right now.
Have a buyer for one of the villas at las and all seemed to be going smoothly untill the developer put a spanner in the works with early selling fees they are as follows, and need to know if they can legally do this.
cancellation fee.....2,000 Euros
property tax.....2,665.42 Euros (tax has always been paid on the property)
electricity bill.....1,600 Euros
other bills.....5,605.42 Euros (whatever this is for)

yes i did :D i thought it might been a virus or sumin on ur pc since ur FB also not working proper but no worries lol. u back noww xx

yeah all the cheap sites mess my laptop up!!!!!

did you know that there is a way to programm your GPS to guide you away from all known Alcotest control points? I am over 70 for sure... but i gotta drive home.
