I have just bought a second hand Tompson Sky box, the TV guide is programmed for BBC Scotland, ITV Scotland etc, does anyone know how I can change this to English BBC etc.

Also, if you are one of those that are now viewing without a Sky card did you know you can now get channel 5 on Freeview...... press services, type 401 and press enter, press 2, scroll down to manual tuning, press select, change setting to 10.773 H 22.0 5/6 Press find. Channel 5 and others are there and you will be able to access them the same as ITV through other channels.

Sorry, told you slightly wrong......Press services, type 401 and press select THEN SCROLL DOWN TO MANUAL TUNING, dont press 2.

the TV guide is programmed to show regions according to the postcode the smart card is registered to...can't change them unless you change the card.
Have to watch those on either the "other channels" or channel 970 upwards..

What's the problem, surely they have English sub-titles on the Scottish channels?
