May I just take this moment to explain to some of our more intolerant forumers so as not to get too upset about sacrificial aspect of it, that any animal which is sacrificed on this day, it's meat is distributed freely.

Nothing is free Yfredo; You have to lie through your teeth and give a blessing to the donator. You praise how good he is; just when he ended the life of an innocent lamb.

I went on a trip with my grandad when I was about 4 years old. He took me to see all these sheep, then told me to pick one. Thinking I was taking it home as a pet I chose the smallest and cutest one.... :(

Needless to say they butchered him infront of me. We ended up taking him home in plastic bags.... :(

I will do that provided I receive some innocent pork meat. :D

The poor swine know no better.

Deniz, dont be rude to Kurubetraki on byram. That's a sin.

'SIN' in the eyes of a believer. Find one first.

I had no intention of insulting anyone.

Well that's one way of making sure it can't run away.

That’s one of the most tragic psychological devastations inflicted on a child I’ve ever heard… Image

I was under the impression that sunnet was to replace the lamb sacrifice. What other sacrifice is really needed. Personally I have nothing against sunnet - hygienic purposes - but it also can be traumatic. I am currently (not today) counselling a Kossovan (Turk? parents and grandparents speak good Turkish) 10 year old Aryan is to be circumcised 17th December. He has nightmares. I seemed to allay his fears. Poor sod. I am only laughing as I remember the teunts I used to suffer from previous 'victims'.

You would not wish it on your worse 'enemy'....erm. wrong.........yes I would.

We begin with the youngest...........Paliooooooooo!!
